Tired of having a blank piece of iPod art come up when you're playing filk music? Be weary no more!



Created by my husband, who HATES having a blank "album art" box. Feel free to take and use as you like, with his permission. Adapted from a 1950's album of crappy science fiction soundtracks.

For those of you who don't know, filk is the folk music of the science fiction and fantasy community. I tend to forget that it exists for years at a time, and then suddenly -- lo and behold! -- I remember that some of it is actually not half bad.

Take the following song, which was written about the space program:

It's by my favorite filk artist of all time, Julia Ecklar, and can still send chills up my spine. See if it does the same for you.
